Bio

Hana Lemseffer is an artist and designer based in Los Angeles. She works between traditional and digital mediums, including painting, sculpture, photography, graphic and web design.

Her work explores memory, belonging, and the complexities of "home". She’s interested in the emotional landscape of the inner world, where internal symbols and personal mythologies are shaped by personal experience and social systems that influence how meaning is made.

Before shifting to a full-time art practice, she worked in architecture and exhibition design. Those areas of study continue to inform her work. Current projects include a series of oil paintings, digital graphics, and web-based design.
